T-Support Plans

Time and Materials (T&M)

No commitment, no long-term deals. T&M support is available on a per-hour basis, so you can get the help you need today without being locked into a contract. With this plan there is no yearly retainer and no minimum purchase.

T-Support Basic

T-Support Basic is purchased in twenty-hour bundles to be used at your discretion throughout the year. If more time is required, additional bundles can be added.

T-Support Silver

The T-Support Silver plan includes a guaranteed service level agreement (SLA) for response time. Forty-hour bundles are purchased at the lowest possible rate and can be used at any time throughout the year.

Security Policies
